Participants could try Slowbiking on different bikes: Dutch Design bikes: VANMOOF, @Beixo, Roetz-Bikes and @pegabike Electra Bicycle Company There were even some spontaneous crazy fun races on people’s own bikes: fixies, trial bikes, wooden bikes, race bikes, tandems, etc.
The first goal: Cycle Fun. But also, well done to the professional slowbikers who made a race exciting for a long time: they were cycling for over 30 minutes! And that on a good old typical Dutch backpedal-break bike. AMAZING cycle technique, balance and concentration.
Thanks also to our international musicians, moderators ( including Slowbiking initiator Kaspar König) and our volunteers from Amsterdam. Berlin, hopefully we will be back soon!
