Every year, the world turns green to mark St. Patrick’s Day. This year, to celebrate 10 years of global greenings, Tourism Ireland is organizing the first -ever St. Patrick’s Light Parade, a festive Green illuminated Bike Parade through Amsterdam on Wednesday, March 13th 2019.
The St. Patrick’s Light Parade is inspired by the combination of cultural icons – the bike being iconic for Amsterdam and The Netherlands and St Patrick’s Day best known for parades and everything turning green.
We will gather on Wednesday, March 13th at 19:00 on Museumplein. This will be the start and end point. Cycle Fun Productions will facilitate the first edition of the St Patrick’s Light Parade guiding participants through the iconic streets of Amsterdam. The Light parade will end at approx. 20:30 on Museumplein.
