“In this context it means biking as slowly as possible on an 11 meter track accompanied by live music. As the world around us is fast-paced, we go back to first gear to snap out of the daily rush. Aim is to cycle as slowly as possible … as long as possible without leaving your lane and without touching the ground. Participants are challenged to cycle more focused, safely, sur place and technically.

Because of the humor and the presence of an enthusiastic presenter, people step out of their comfort zone and participate. The improvised music by live musicians makes it even more exciting”
